Caption by Space Station Academy student: In this photograph, we can observe the outlines of a populated city. I can say it is populated because of all the light consumption in the area. This city is very bright- hence the name. The interesting detail about this photo is that all the lights are concentrated in one place. Outside of this area, the lights are barely or not even noticed. I think this photograph is art.
